1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of CELESTIA's websites, services, and applications (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CELESTIA is operated by Celestia Ltd., a company registered under the laws of Curacao, with registration number 123456, having its registered address at Emancipatie Boulevard 29, Willemstad, Curacao.

CELESTIA operates under a gaming license issued by the Government of Curacao under license number 8048/JAZ.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks and processing times. The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts depend on the payment method chosen. We reserve the right to process withdrawals using the same payment method used for deposits.

We reserve the right to charge reasonable processing fees for withdrawals. Any such fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your withdrawal request.

We may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be made available to you when you opt in to the bonus or promotion.

The CELESTIA name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CELESTIA or its licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

YOU USE OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CELESTIA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH YOU FIRST ASSERT ANY SUCH CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CELESTIA, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing our Services using your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Curacao Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.

The seat of the arbitration shall be Willemstad, Curacao. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The number of arbitrators shall be one.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent us from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective.

Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
